Adopting a collaborative design-build approach, Chancel Construction worked diligently to build an impressive new office space for AO Hardee & Son and Hardee Investment Holdings in North Myrtle Beach. The office spans an expansive 18,537 square feet, boasting a modern and sophisticated design that reflects the ethos and vision of both AO Hardee & Sons and Hardee Investment Holdings. The construction of this state-of-the-art office embraced high-end finishes, combining aesthetics with functionality to create an inspiring and welcoming work environment. The new office is not just a reflection of the present, but also a strategic investment in the future. Both AO Hardee & Sons and Hardee Investment Holdings have been experiencing continuous growth. The layout and infrastructure of the building enables easy adaptability to accommodate the evolving needs of the companies as they expand and take on new challenges. A noteworthy aspect of this project is the collaboration between two local family-owned businesses who are committed to improving their communities.
